Refund Policy
Since we gift you with Module 1 for free to try out, we have a 7-day return policy for subsequent modules. This means you have 7 days after receiving Module 2 to request a full refund. PAAT has 12 modules, released to students on a one-module-a-month basis.
To start a refund, you can send us an email at [email protected]. Please state your purchase details and the reason behind why you are requesting the refund. If your refund is accepted, we’ll contact you to let you know if it is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
